The Star depicts a blond woman kneeling beside a small pond. She is nude, showing she is hiding nothing; the truth is there for all to see. Her left knee rests on the ground at the water’s edge. Her right foot rests on the water. In the ancient wisdom, water symbolizes spirit, so this

meditating for a while. Studies have shown that the heart tends to slow down and

When I meditate on The Star, I remember that my meditation schedule is important to my spiritual growth. It reminds me that the light is always there, I just have to learn to be aware of it at all times...
My meditation will help me with this.
