CHAKRA WORK WITH GEMSTONES

Utilizing gemstones to stimulate and equalize the chakras differs from crystal work in that all the stones are situated on their harmonious chakras prior to the meditation. When achieving the meditative state, envision the color of the stone soaking into the chakra, thereby opening, stimulating and balancing it. The harmonious stones are: Root Chakra—Red Jasper or Snowflake Obsidian; Navel Chakra—Carnelian; Solar Plexus Chakra—Citrine; Heart Chakra—Malachite (or Rose Quartz); Throat Chakra—Sodalite; Brow Chakra—Amethyst; Crown Chakra—Clear quartz crystal. It’s alright to substitute stones with similar colors to those listed.
