QUARTZ—THE “MASTER STONE”

Quartz is the most bountiful mineral in the world . Still, in its crystal form, even if it has been tumbled, it is a very powerful tool for the cleansing of the chakras, spiritual development, healing, and meditation,and generally strengthening and revitalizing ones body and energy field (the aura). By nature, quartz crystal holds, and stabilizes electromagnetic energy so Well that it is used in radio and television communication as well as computers which wouldn’t work without these magical crystals. Hence, it is widely known as The “Master Stone”.

Crystals “grow” in the Earth although, from our point of view, this growth process is very slow indeed! Their growth began around 200 million years ago when quartz was mixed with water under perfect conditions of pressure and heat.

 Nature has placed vast deposits of these crystals deep within the Earth in perfect locations and the energy from these deposits help to regulate the polar energy of our planet. Without them, it is believed by some, Earth might be a barren world with no life at all!

Quartz crystals vibrate in a very specific manner and, (as most people don’t realize), these vibrations can be amplified and transmitted by the human mind. According to many new age beliefs, with concentrated intention we can amplify and send the power of the crystal to heal ourselves and others.

NONE of these healing methods are meant to take the place of a licensed medical practitioner! But it certainly cannot hurt to add crystal healing to what the doctor is already doing.

When all is said and done, the body heals itself; it is designed that way. The point of all healing processes, nonmedical or medical is to ease the stresses of illness so the body can heal itself faster. CHOOSING, CLEARING AND CHARGING

YOUR CRYSTAL/S

When you get ready to acquire a crystal, it is always best to go to a place, for example a new age or metaphysical store, a flea market, a fair, etc., where there are many crystals to choose from. Take your time, pick up several crystals and hold them in your hand until you find the one that just feels right to you. That is your crystal!

When you have the perfect crystal, it is also choosing you by your electromagnetic vibrations. You can also choose several different crystals for different purposes. As you choose each crystal, Keep your purpose in mind and the right crystal for the job at hand will “talk” to you, so to speak. Many people say that the best crystal for you will be given to you by someone else. So, if someone is inspired to offer you a crystal, accept it! It is said that there’s always a good reason a crystal comes into your life!

If it is not possible for you to get to a New Age store or some other place where you can personally pick out your own crystal, many websites on the Internet sell them, some at very reasonable prices. When you’ve found your “right” crystal, you will want to clear it of all the vibrations and influences it may have absorbed along the way. The easiest, and most effective way to do this is to hold it under running water for at least one minute. While the water runs over it, visualize the water running through the crystal and washing away all the vibrations it has picked up. “Will” it to purify and cleanse itself. When your intuition tells you it is clear – it is!

Now, you will want to energize your crystal and charge it to do whatever you may want it to do. The simplest way to charge your crystal is this: While holding the crystal in your right hand (this is your sending hand) imagine a spiritual white light comung down from above and entering your “Crown Chakra” (the top of your head) and filling your whole body with spiritual energy. visualize the energy flowing down your right arm, into your hand and, filling the crystal with spiritual energy. When it “feels” that your crystal can not hold any more of this energy, finish the visualization. Your crystal is ready for use.

You may want to utilize these methods to help your crystal absorb energy from the Earth and the. Many people, when they have their crystal, and after they have cleansed it and programmed it to respond to their own vibrations, will bury it in the ground for 24 hours. Thus, the crystal absorb the Earth’s energy and it strengthens its power. Also, you can place your crystal in the sunlight foe 2 to 8 hours, or in the light of a full moon over night so it can absorb the light energy of the Universe. All these methods work, but the better your visualizings are, the more effective they’ll beHere are some ways to use your crystal:

• 1→ Use it to help you go to sleep or to achieving meditation in a lying down position. A crystal on your “Third Eye” chakra (above and between your eyebrows) helps you relax and achieve the meditative state while stimulating your intuitive mind.

• 2→ You can used your crystal balance you chakras. (More on that later)

• 3→ Use it as a talisman for protection. Imagine your crystal filling with a bright white light; then mentally expand that light into a protective shield surrounding your body with protective energy. You can fill your room with the light as a protective force against negative forces, using this same tecnique, visualizing, etc.. Imagine the light around your car as a shield against accidents. While you visualize the light, use this affirmation, It doesn’t have to be exact; use your own words:

“I am surrounded and protected by the protective white light of the Universe”, (or God, or the Goddess, Christ Consciousness, or however you refer to the Deity) “only good can come to me, Nothing but good shall go out from me. And so it is!”

These methods work better than many people believe. Visualizing is a powerful metaphysical tool, as is the use of affirmations.

WAYS TO USE YOUR CRYSTAL

Your crystal/s can serve many purposes in your life. They are held by a lot of people during meditation to energize their aura. A large crystal cluster is utilized by some to add protective energy to a room, and a crystal cluster will fit any decor. They can be utilized in healing, either yourself or others, as a way to transmit healing vibrations out into the universe. You can use them to equalize and revitalize your chakras and aura. The more you use your crystal/s, the more ways you will find to use them…

There are many, many ways to utilize your crystal/s. A lot of people hold them while they meditate as a means of tapping in to Universal Energy. Other people use a crystal cluster to purify and energize a room, and a nice quartz cluster matches any decor. They can be utilized for healing, on yourself or for others, and as a means of sending therapeutic energy out into the universe. You might use them to equilibrate and stimulate all of your body’s energy centers. the more ways you use your crystals, the more purposes you’ll find for them.

USING YOUR CRYSTAL FOR MEDITATION

In meditation, your crystal can be used as an amplifier of crystal energy. One method of use is to lie down while you meditate and put your crystal on your third eye center,a spot above the bridge of your nose and in between your eyebrows. It brings relaxation to this center and helps you to meditate more deeply.

NOW: BEGIN YOUR CHAKRA MEDITATION

• 1st:  THE ROOT CHAKRA:   Lay your crystal on your pubic area and visualize it absorbing beautiful, bright white light from above. “See” this light being refracted by your crystal into a brilliant red light which glorifies your lower body, from pubis to lower spine . Imagine you feel this light energizing you materially, physically and sexually. Maintain this visual image till you experience that region of your body being filled with this red energy. (On all these visualizations see the light as being brilliant and totally clear.)

• 2nd: THE NAVAL OR SACRAL CHAKRA:  Put your crystal on your naval area, this time the light is brilliant orange glowing from your crystal and flowing through your body from naval to your spine, filling the total area. Again, visualize this as long as you can until this area feels full and energized.

• 3rd:  THE SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA:   Put the crystal on your solar plexus, that “V” where your ribs meet just below your breast bone. Once more “see” your crystal absorbing the brilliant spiritual white light from above, this time refracting it into a bright, clear yellow light, filling your body in a ball of yellow light from your solar plexus through to your spine, cleaning you, energizing you, filling you . When this feels complete, go to work on the next chakra.

• 4th:   THE HEART CHAKRA:   Now, place your crystal in the middle of your chest, irradiating you with brilliant green light, filling your entire chest back to the spine. Feel it filling you with courage, confidence and love. And, continue this until it feels right.

• 5th:  THE THROAT CHAKRA:   Place your crystal on the “V” at the bottom of your throat. The refracted light will be a bright, clear blue this time, filling your throat and neck with blue energy. “Know” that this is helping you to better understand and communicate with the people you know and those that you’ll meet , in this way, bringing you closer to your fellow-human. When it feels complete, move on.

• 6th:   THE BROW CHAKRA:  This chakra is above the bridge of your nose, between and slightly above your eyebrows. To metaphysicists, it is known, as the third eye, or pineal eye. Put your crystal here and visualize it filling your head with a bright purple or violet light. Feel the tingle between your eyes as this happens. Know, deep within, that this violet light is bringing you closer to knowing your Spiritual Self deep within you, generating energy to your intuitive and psychic abilities generating energy to your psychic and intuitive abilities. As you do this, you should feel a great uplifting within. Feel it; enjoy it! Don’t rush things here; it’s an extremely important step; be sure to experience it all. At its completion you will know it’s time to move on.

• 7th:   THE CROWN CHAKRA:  This chakra pulls it all together for you, your very real connection to Universal Energy. It’s located at the crown of your head, and, like a funnel, it extends upward and outward, making a very real contact with Universal Mind. Place your crystal above your head as close to the top of your head as you can get it. Now, in your mind’s eye, see your crystal drawing Universal White Light down into itself and transferring it into you through your Crown Chakra. Feel the experience of your head and your whole body totally filling up with this light energy. Feel it as it travels down your spine, energizing the chakras as it flows downward; then reversing its flow, bring it back up your spine. Know that each chakra is using the part of the white light it responds to to build your whole body’s energy higher and higher. Believe it to be true and your chakra balancing and energizing is complete!

USING YOUR CRYSTAL TO ENERGIZE AND HEAL YOURSELF

Get yourself deeply relaxed through your favorite meditation technique. Now, with your crystal in your left hand, (your receiving hand) “see” the Universal Healing Light moving into your crystal and filling it with healing energy. Feel this energy as it travels up your arm, all through your body and to the area you’re working on. Visualize it filling the area and feel the sensation as a healing warmth. When the area feels as if it is full of healing light and warmth, “know” it is done. Now, just let go and let the Universe do its job, reacting with your instructions.

If this is just a general healing, toning up the body, then feel the vitalizing energy filling your whole body with healing light. “Know” that this is healing your body and mind. “Feel” the Universal Power filling you with all the energy and strength your mind and body could ever need. Feel it! Know it is true, and it is! stay in your meditative state for a time, drinking in the energy. Then return to your normal consciousness, feeling envigorated, and go on with your day. You are filled with the energy of the Universe!

USING YOUR CRYSTAL TO HEAL OTHERS

This is where a crystal wand is very useful; it helps to concentrate the energy where you point it. Mine is 5.6 inches long and is pure natural quartz crystal, a wonderful tool. Enter a relaxed, meditative state. When you are deeply relaxed, “see” the person you’re healing as if he or she was standing right in front of you, of course if he or she actually IS right there with you skip this step. Hold the crystal in your right hand (your sending hand) and visualize the healing light filling it to overflowing. When your crystal feels fully energized, it is , hold it out in front of you, pointing it at your envisioned subject, or the subject him/her self if they’re present. Now, WILL the healing light to flow out of the crystal and right into your subject. Visualize the healing energy filling his or her body and “know” that he or she is being filled with this healing light and brought back to perfection . Know it to be true without doubt in your mind and this person is healed!

It is a spiritual principal to never heal a person without their permission. You don’t know what karmic need is being served by this sickness. If you hinder someone’s karma, their karma comes to you. Often a psychic healer has performed a successful healing on someone without their knowledge only to find themselves ill with the same condition. By getting their permission you protect yourself from that.

Caution!  These Methods Are Not Meant to Take the Place of a Licensed Medical Practitioner!  By All Means This Person Should Keep Seeing Their Doctor!  But It Certainly Can’t Hurt to Add Crystal Healing to What the Doctor Is Already Doing.
